Dear Sir,

We provide equity financing and long term loans, we have a client of ours that shows interest in investing, client is a prominent investor with adequate portfolio in Europe and looking into your country,we are able to provide cash backed loans, short term or long term, high risk or low risk .For short term we can work on 10- 12%, depending on the areas, for long term term we can do as low as 6%.All our loans must be fully guranteed with tangible assets and any fees will be at the closing of the loan.

We are taking a performance fee of 3% at the closure .
