Zeel creates new marketing channels by rewarding consumers for promoting their favorite brands to each other. With broadcast advertising in decline, the online ad market will double by 2011, growing to $50 billion. By 2012, Zeel will exceed $100 million in sales, capitalizing on the nexus of the major Internet marketing trends: online video, user-generated content and social channels of distribution.

On 7/29, Zeel launched WildPitch.TV™, a video-sharing website where consumers create and upload homemade “commercials” for popular products or brands. The videos compete on the site for votes and rewards. In its first week, WildPitch tripled its membership and recorded thousands of user votes.

Zeel was founded by Dan Berger, an online incentive marketing pioneer, and benefits from an exceptional management and advisory team, including senior executives from Cybergold, MyPoints.com, Amazon, and Virgin Mobile.

At Cybergold, Mr. Berger built a base of 7 million consumers and increased revenues 10-fold. Cybergold went public in 1999 and was acquired in 2000 for $160M by MyPoints.com. As CEO of SalesDriver.com, Mr. Berger raised $6.5M in VC funding, managed operations from product launch to cash-positive, and sold SalesDriver to Carlson Marketing.

Zeel is seeking an investment of $250,000 to expand marketing of WildPitch.TV to advertisers, develop its Facebook and mobile applications (Q1/09), and solidify the management team.
