We work with Humanitarian Aid Funding. We have approved projects and funding standing by. We need a Guarantor to complete the requirements of the tax deal (501 (c) of IRS).  Minimum trench is US$150 Million. The Guarantor puts up cash or Letter of Credit (LC) equal to the Donors' funds which is equal to the value of the project. LC is held in escrow in their own name and bank in exchange for an LC due in one year plus one day. They also receive 15% ROI payable 5% on closing and 10% on 60 days. All transactions are done simultaneously on a AAA bank to AAA bank level and the LC issued by the Guarantor is guaranteed by the corrresponding AAA bank of choice of the Guarantor such as RBC, HSBC, Credit Suisse, or City Bank.
