We've developed a successful real estate marketing tool that drives leads to realtors.

They are a series of community websites with standard blogging, directory and a comments and ratings engine.  While user generated content is important, the local real estate listings are what drive the most traffic and provide the real revenue.

We've build 3 successful models and we're getting ready for a full launch of the product.

Our target clients are actually the brokers as they can incubate the leads until they can be passed on to an agent.

For this we can recieve a percentage of the commission which can make for some good profits off of a lead.

We make revenue mainly from lead generation fees.

Realtors will gladly pay us a generous percentage (up to 25%) for new business we drive to them.  Our sites rank extremely well on google so this drives traffic and leads.

We also make money on site from advertisitng and featured directory listings as well as cost per aquisition leads for other businesses in the directory.

Unlike typical directory sites we have a big advantage with our integrated real estate listing manager.

This adds a very valuable addition to what would otherwise be a "me to" product in a crowded space.

We own the global exclusive license on commercialising anything real estate related using XLsuite.

XLsuite is a GPL product that we have negotiated an exclusive commercial resellers agreement with.

Riel is a technology entrepreneur and has used computers and the Internet to build multiple successful companies over the last 15 years.

Starting with undernet.* , Riel built one of the earliest social networking communities that extended it's reach beyond the web and into night clubs and concerts in Tokyo, London, Seattle, Toronto, Vancouver and other major cities.

More Recently, Riel has taken his CRM building experience and applied it to the XL group of companies, building vertical specific CRM and web marketing applications for specific vertical markets.

Rick has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, real estate investor and real estate advisor with Sutton West Coast Realty.

He has successfully built his real estate-centric businesses through his ability to consistently develop long-term relationships with clients and partners and by incorporating his marketing methods with the latest technology.

We are looking for qualified investors to provide a 1.5M investment.

We are also looking for a board member with an extensive background in software sales and marketing who could help us bring our product to market.
