Capz features a proprietary One-Piece design that includes our innovative flow control Mechanism. Capz offers consumers ease of use, added security & simplicity. As anticipated there was so much interest in response to the Capz En-Closure that we have validated patent protection for the North American market (Canada, the USA and Mexico) and have incorporated Capz En-Closures Inc. in order to bring the this multi-faceted bottle closure device to consumers.

According to www.marketresearch.com, the annual global market for closures is $32 billion with sales nearing 1.4 trillion units. Annual global growth rate for closures is predicted at 4.7% through 2016. In 2006—9.9 billion cases of soft drinks were sold in the U.S. alone. For Capz a 1/16th share of only 1% of this annual global sales market by the end of year two = 875 million Capz sold.  A 0.5% share by the end of year five = 70 billion Capz sold. At an average wholesale costs of $.03—$.05 cents ea. with a royalty return of .03% of gross = $84,000,000.00. Licensing agreements are being negotiated with Narkis Packaging Solutions of Israel. Many companies have replied with an expressed interest including: Coca-Cola, Mikes Hard Lemonade, Tetley Tea,  Campbell Soups, Proctor & Gamble, Astrapak, Blue Spike Beverages, McCormick-Europe, Grolsch Beer and Amcor Australia. Talks are positive and ongoing with Coca-Cola, Campbell’s Soup Co. and several others.
