BluePhoenix, LLC was established September 20, 2008 as a North Carolina Limited Liability Company for the purpose of purchasing working interests in oil and natural gas wells. The Company holds a unique position as an early adopter of a new technology to discover potential drilling sites. This technology identifies both the location and quantity of oil and natural gas resources with a great degree of precision- virtually eliminating the risk of dry wells while simultaneously creating an abundance of possible drilling sites.
