the devices will be installed one under each column in a building or bridge, each building needs number of the devices equals to its number of columns, these devices can be installed for new or old buildings. the installed devices ( isolators ) protect the isolated structrure form the earthquakes, a design earthquake is to be used for determining the dimensions of an isolator, there is a damping system as well that is innovative as the isolator. the damping system is to be installe one in each row of columns, the damping system provides for smooth building vibrations, one buiding habitant may feel the response of any building under a strong enough  earthquake  as he drives a car too slow,  2-8 km/ an hour passes over a long bump 10-20' long and 1-4" high.

one innovative achievement is an independency of the GSIS performance during an earthquake from a site, building and source characterstics. that means no resonance will ocurr.
